“ Amazing food, service & location. The food just kept coming. The view is spectacular. The main dish when it arrived after all those other courses was the gorgeously tasty rabbit. My advice is to go there with an empty belly because this does take some getting through. Definitely worth it! Compliments to the owner Giuseppe, his wife & staff! ”
“ Highly recommended: a very special place. The food was excellent and the hospitality warm. The whole family works in coordination and it's a pleasure for all guests. We arrived here on foot from the village of Carta Romana, ate leisurely for an hour and a half, even more, and then continued our hike toward Piano Liguori, then finished in the village of Schiappone. It's a perfect route with the restaurant in the middle — and everything is possible with public bus from the port. The entrance to the stepped path (Via Torre) that ascends to the restaurant through the scenery is next to 123 Via Campagnano. Enjoy! ”
“ Truly authentic experience. Highly recommend. Perhaps the best pasta and eggplant parmagiana I’ve had in my life, with such simple ingredients from the farm. Panoramic views of Capri, Naples and Ischia are breathtaking ”
“ This place may be slightly out of the way, but I would put it on any must-go list of Ischia for those looking for uncomplicated, local food in the most beautiful setting. The location is out of this world, and sports, in my eyes, the absolute best view of Ischia and its surroundings. The food is local - almost everything is their own production and the food is simple, local and delicious. Wine is their own production too and is perfect for the setting in the food. Almost all products are also on sale to tale away, ask the waiting staff and they will be happy to show you. Prices are reasonable, but our tip is to stick with the antipasti and the primi; its more than enough to fill you up. The price of the secondi surprised us in relation to portion size, where for primi and antipasti, this was definitely not the case. We came twice; we left the first time after antipasti and primi and paid €70, including side dishes and wine. When returning a day later for the raved-about rabbit (a local delicacy), we ended up paying €98 - again, when taking portion sizes into account, a bit of a shock. Waiting staff is admirable and service js good; the staff looks to make conversation but not too present; our waiter spoke good German besides his Italian. We met the owner Giuseppe, who also farms the property for the ingredients you find on your plate, and, for us, made two wonderful dinners come full circle. Just go. And bring your glasses, even just for the view. ”
“ This was an incredible experience! The road to get here was a little tricky, but well worth it. The views were spectacular and the food/service were over the top amazing. 5 stars just doesn't seem like enough. ”
“ Amazing food, amazing service and the best view in ischia. The food is grown locally and the staff was very friendly and gave us a great experience. ”
“ Incredible view, great home cooked meals. About 80 euros for 2 on a Sunday ”
“ Amazing location and outlook and the best produce we’ve tased in Ischia. All vegetables are grown in the garden and everything tastes amazing! ”
